Mapped current process flow, developed recommendations, and implemented new process flow for fulfillment and customer service functions for manufacturer of food products with highly concentrated shipping schedule. Recommendations resulted in 66% decrease in shipment errors and reduction of labor hours by 33%.

• Managed 15-member team responsible for management of a $15 Million unsecured accounts receivable portfolio, customer service, and order entry for U.S. Division of $1.2 Billion international distributor. Reduced DSO by 20 days, resulting in $1 Million in additional cash flow for division. Relocated credit and customer service departments to Nashville, established credit and collection policies for division, and reduced departmental costs by 33%.
