Primary focus is Executive Benefit Plans (nonqualified plans). When properly designed, the plans will assist my clients in attracting, retaining and motivating leaders and key employees. At TWC - we have no fund family, carrier, or administrative platform limitations. We pride ourselves on designing plans and funding solutions that are driven by the objectives of our clients. My largest plan has over 600 eligible participants and my smallest plan has 6 participants. We currently manage nonqualified plan liabilities totaling over $700 Million.

I was originally recruited by TBG Financial to join the firm and help open up the Baltimore Office. My responsibilities included developing client relationships primarily in the Eastern US, and nonqualified plan consulting. I am proud of the fact that I have never lost a client due to client service issues... this is also a testimony to the great people I have worked with over the years.

Responsible for overall growth of the organization, development of people, systems and processes. Responsible for budget and financial reporting.

Assemble and re-zone property. Negotiation of A&D Loans, Develop Master Plan, Pro-forma oversight of construction budgets (both infrastructure and buildings), maintain relationship with equity partners, marketing and leasing of speculative buildings, as well as build-to-suit facilities; responsible for construction loan draws and reports to lenders. In 1991, was the awarded the Top Commercial Realtor Award by the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
