I had my first exposure to ''sales'' growing up as a child. My dad took me with him, while selling his horses to international customers. He taught me what it really means to work with people and showed me some of the most important values I still embrace to this day. For me that means that sales is about selling added value that is in line with the customers need; based on their business drivers. Sales is not about ‘’what’s in it for me’’ and starts with communication in general. The curiosity about communication and how we actually do this as individuals has brought me to further develop myself in NLP. Neuro Linguistic Programming stands for how we perceive the world around us and how we respond accordingly. I’ve spend my career in sales doing a few things- breaking records, putting others first, acting as a trusted advisor by knowing the business, the market trends, the customers I work with and what’s keeping them busy. This resulted in being able to connect, deepen relations and growing partnerships and therefore also in realizing the KPI’s and grow initiatives of the company I work(ed) for.
