Simultaneously with current operations, I have implemented following projects:1. Re-structuring and turnaround projects: I took part in development, implementation and monitoring of a number of projects (incl. modelling and valuation, financial planning),2. Changes in the accounting system and selected accounting policies (e.g. fixed assets register accounting, amortisation and depreciation) in accordance with IFRS/IAS,3. Adjusting Management Information System (including IT issues, e.g. ORACLE, Simple) to changes, providing managerial information for top management and other stakeholders.
