Peter has worked in the recreation field since 1977 including facility management positions with the YMCA, a range of Victorian and Tasmanian Local Authorities and commercial facility providers. Peter has more that 18 years aquatic and leisure facility management experience with a proven ability to lead and manage projects, events and operational reviews.His key attributes and skills include high level leadership, innovative customer services and strategic management and operational abilities, along with an excellent understanding of contemporary management practices and the ability to plan, determine and manage appropriate financial, physical and human resource needs. Peter is currently the Chief Executive of a large recreation and leisure organisation providing day services for people with an intellectual disability.Peter is based in Hobart, Tasmania.
