I started working in the IT-Business in the mid eighties, and have since then had several interesting positions as consultant, project manager and also managing technical staff and departments on an international level.I am passionate about finding solutions and collaborate with technical teams both internally and externally. My experience spans over several different industries such as telecom, travel, technical support services, which all have been a useful mix in my career so far.Also managing people in a technical service environment is something I have a long experience from, starting in the beginning of the 90's, when the market for Helpdesk's was growing fast, to the fast-growing telecom expansion in the early 2000's and now the rapidly changing travel industry with lots of new demands and possibilities.
