EndoTool enables rapid, safe blood glucose control, improving patient outcomes. Eigen acquired EndoTool from Hospira in 2012.I lead the design and development of new software and major revisions for both internal use and resale, translating product requirements into architectural and design specifications. Leveraging extensive experience, I ensure feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems. My work spans insulin dosing software, analytics, and HL7/EMR integrations and has been pivotal in establishing a QMS compliant with FDA CFR 820 and ISO 13485, resulting in multiple 510K clearances.

Witness Today was a ministry I founded in 2003 to provide free website hosting and email services to Christian churches, ministries, and fellow believers worldwide. It became a registered non-profit organization in 2006 and grew to host over 1,500 websites across more than 80 countries at its peak. Our mission was to empower faith-based organizations with the tools they needed to share their message and connect with their communities online. Unfortunately, due to various challenges, we had to make the difficult decision to shut down operations at the end of March 2020. Despite this closure, I remain deeply grateful for the impact we were able to make and the lives we touched during the ministry’s active years.

Developed the eCITATION solution as a joint venture between the NC Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and the NC State Highway Patrol. eCITATION allows law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to enter citation information using a mobile data computer (MDC) in the patrol car and print out the citation to give to the recipient. The information is transmitted almost immediately to the local clerk of superior court (CSC) office, the official court record keeper. North Carolina is the first state to implement such a system. Successfully ran a pilot in Cumberland County in 2001, and then spent several years rolling it out to all 100 counties. The project was an excellent example of collaboration among government agencies, including those in constitutionally separate branches of state and local government. As of May 31, 2010: * 247 LEAs with 11,246 officers statewide have been provided with eCITATION access. * 4,324,826 electronic citations have been processed since inception. * 759,887 electronic citations have been issued so far in 2010. * Over 78.3% of traffic and infractions citations are now issued through eCITATION, and this number continues to grow.

This provided ability to identify and notify counties of possible duplicate registrants based on customizable criteria. It also provided ability to share information with various State agencies, such as DMV and NCOA.

Responsible for moving software development from PICK to PowerBuilder and co-authored a PowerBuilder Foundation Class Library. Also responsible for redesigning various client/server products into a single, integrated “umbrella” product with optional add-ons.

Responsible for an in-house application generation tool used to standardize seventeen financial products. The product line was based on PICK, a combination operating system, DBMS, and BASIC programming language. The products were character-based, dumb-terminal applications that ran on Motorola, IBM, McDonnell Douglas, Prime, and Hewlett Packard platforms. Also responsible for prototyping new ideas both for our products and our in-house tools.
