Business Solutions ArchitectFastvibe Corporaton (Rogers) Jan 2002 - Nov 2002Under contract to Fastvibe Corporation, a technology company owned by Edward Rogers (Rogers Communications), Leitch Technology Corporation and its founder Roger Rai, I spearheaded the introduction of Fastvibe into the Canadian health industry. The goal of the project was the large scale penetration of Canadian hospitals focused on delivering IPTV, video on demand, clinical applications and electronic patient records, at the patient bedside. My role in the project included, technology review, solution architecture, competitive analysis, vendor negotiations, sales and marketing. The project concluded prematurely based upon the sale of Fastvibe to an internal client and as such the closure of the project.
