Field Service Engineer that covers the Pacific Northwest Territory (Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington).*Specialize in Thermal Analysis and Rheology Instruments*Install new instruments and train customers on operating instruments.*Repair malfunctioning instruments.*Perform routine maintenance on instruments.*Contact customers regarding instrument repairs, troubleshooting, and purchasing Service Contracts or Demand Service.*Continuous training in the Thermal Analysis and Rheology fields to better assist my customers and myself.

*Monitor conduct of prisoners in housing unit, or recreational activities according to established policies, regulations, and procedures*Counsel inmates and respond to questions, concerns, and requests*Provide to supervisors oral and written reports of work performed
