Training Officer - Train staff sections for deploying units.Serves as an Observer Controller/Trainer in a General Officer Command; responsible for Battle Command Staff Training (BCST) exercise planning, preparation, implementation, observations and After Action Reviews. The scope includes Corps, Division, Brigade, and Battalion level staff operations for selected Army Reserve, National Guard, and Active Army units throughout the United States and its territories. During the conduct of the BCST, simulates all action/reaction of the subordinate, higher, and adjacent elements of the exercised headquarters.
