Having started my recruitment career some 26 years ago at Redline (Formed Originally as Technical Recruitment in 1982) where I spent 5 fantastic years within permanent Electronics recruitment covering a multitude of disciplines covering Software, Hardware, Silicon and Sales & Marketing. It was a pleasure to return to the fold to head up the Contracts Division in August 2008 where we now cover contract and interim appointments within Engineering, Silicon, Process Control and the Power market place. Upon joining I held the position of Recruitment Consultant within the mechanical team, where I was tasked to recruit across the whole spectrum within mechanical engineering (welders/machinists/sheet metal workers etc). It was during this period that I I successfully recruited within Aston Martin, McLaren Automotive and BE Aerospace. Between these 3 accounts alone I personally managed over 200 contractors.
