As an Enterprise Architect I reported to the Global Head of IT, providing support to senior managers and delivery teams. I did this by understanding what Games Workshop wanted to achieve, what it saw as important, as well as what it didn't. This understanding lead to planning and roadmaps that guided delivery and project teams in their approach as well as principles that they should be following when it came to customer facing technology.
