Citi is today's pre-eminent financial services company and APAC region consists of Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Japan, Vietnam and Guam countries.Its another international assignment in Singapore for me after the one in Nigeria in 1994. Contributions include providing governance for voice operations in Asia Pacific region.

CGSL was a captive BPO of CITI BANK serving over 45 countries. It has over 8000 seats( over 11000 FTEs) Global Process and Contact center facilities in India. The stint at CGSL was another turning point which gave me an opportunity to lead the operations in a well established and process oriented organization yet with numerous challenges. It provided me enormous learning in terms of technology audits, information security, International certifications (ISO 20K, COPC and BS 7799) and exposure to edge technologies. A true international experience partnering with global teams especially in high sensitive financial vertical. Championed several Six Sigma Green belt projects apart from spearheading and achieving ISO 20000 certification.

Sutherland India has over 6000 seats(over 9000 FTEs) international contact center facilities and is one of Top ten players in India ITES space. Sutherland gave me a platform to demonstrate my competencies and capabilities. Contributed for its COPC unconditional Certification.

A captive BPO/contact center of GE, GECIS was the first generation international BPO in India. The stint at GECIS provided enormous amount of challenges with stringent timelines to achieve. The leadership and the team were amazing which helped me in delivering top notch services at least cost and shorter turnarounds. It helped me with significant amount of learning both technical and leadership.

Customer Support in System Integration field. Covering wide range of product installations from Alcatel, CISCO, Simoco..etc. Head of Profit center called " PCB repair center for Electronic Telephone Exchange Switching equipment".

Project management of World Bank Telecom Projects for Nigerian Telecommunications( NITEL) in Lagos Island.

Responsible for end to end operations of profit center called " Zonal Card Repair Center" for East, West and South Zones. ITI Limited outsourced this work to Vimal Telektronix. These centers are exclusively for Testing, Installation and post sales support of carrier class Telecom Switching equipment from Alcatel to Department of Telecom(DOT).

Responsible for Testing, Installation of Alcatel E10B telecom switching equipment at Department of Telecom exchanges all over India. This work was outsourced by ITI Limited to Sangam Associates. Vimal Telektronix is a sister concern of Sangam Associates.
