My career in public accounting has provided a broad range of operational, financial, and managerial experiences. I appreciated my career start in San Francisco, where fortune 500 companies were the daily focus. I returned to my home state of Utah in 2004 and utilized those tools I learned in servicing companies in our local marketplace, with Tanner LLC. The experience I have obtained in servicing a wide range of clients in numerous industries has enabled me to truly add tangible value to companies. My specialties include a wide range of assurance and consulting related services, such as financial statement audits, reviews, mergers, acquisitions, and transactional related services. I have served and have expertise in manufacturing, financial institutions, life science, technology, retail, advertising, mining, and software. My experience at Tanner afforded me the opportunity to create my own boutique firm, Vital Accounting and Consulting, that focuses primarily on what I love and am passionate about and that is transaction advisory services, technical accounting expertise, and growth-stage support. In early 2018, I was excited to join some close friends in co-founding and being the CFO of Everee. Everee is a full service HR/Payroll platform that provides employers with tools that I wish I had years ago and that just don't exist in the market. Additionally, Everee's platform provides employers with the ability to let their employee's select their personal pay preference, rather than relying on an archaic pay cycle that just doesn't need to exist. The future is bright with Everee!
