My career has seen many changes through out the years. Whether from technology, from location, or position, continued personal and professional development has always been at the forefront. My consistent drive to become better than I was yesterday keeps me motivated to be the best I can be. Which is how I have moved to where I am today.My years in the automotive industry have taught me 2 things:1) Success is not quantified in just dollars and cents. It is a combination of the monetary, the teammate experience, and your Customer's satisfaction. 2) While all 3 are required, the teammate experience is the foundation to which success is built upon.That is where i come in: I use my passion and commitment for teammate development.
