• Completed a bank-wide conversion from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 by upgrading more than 60 PCs in the main office on a department-specific basis (Summer 2002).• Redesigned the printing environment from a static IP configuration to a DHCP-enabled solution (Winter 2002).• Converted existing DOS-based teller system to a Windows 2000 Active Directory-based system by building, imaging, cloning, and deploying 50 PCs between 7 branch offices (Summer 2003).• Assisted in the movement to a new Operations Center, which included switching the entire LAN from a 16Mb Token-Ring infrastructure to a 100Mb Ethernet network.• Administered network resources through Group Policy Objects, password and account management, and the remote installation of software updates.• Provided on-site and remote PC troubleshooting via remote administration software and Terminal Services.
