My family, friends and colleagues would definitely describe me as a charismatic people person with a healthy sense of humour and a work hard - play hard philosophy. I would agree with them 100%. I get energy from connecting people to develop business and create new opportunities. I'm at ease developing and maintaining long-term relationships with shared objectives. I've done sales, promotion and accelerated revenue in markets around the globe. I'm managed, directed and collaborated with individuals, small and large teams. I've spent the past 7 years in quantum computing cybersecurity and now work in nanotechnology. I have been a mentor/growth coach for numerous startups. Work/Life balance matters to me. I grew up in a small town and I've traveled, lived and worked around the globe. However, I've never forgotten my roots and the importance of a honest handshake and long term relationship. This approach worked for me growing up and has proven indespensable in my dealings around the world. In winter, I love the outdoors, hiking, hockey and skiing. When the weather turns warm, in my spare time you'll find me outside in, on or near a body of water, golfing, cycling, canoeing and camping. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been a part of the rise of a small local company into a major player on the global stage. It made me a very proud Canadian and an active member of my local community.
