2007-2009Performed engineering/management responsibilities as outlined below in support of other departments. Provide computer programming services in effort to update existing proprietary design and estimating software. Requires intimate knowledge of design, manufacturing and management processes and products produced by the company. Assisted in training of new hires.

2005-2007Responsibilities included the timely, cost effective delivery of products to customers. Monitor progress of engineering design, material purchase and fabrication of products manufactured by TEI. Provide progress reports to management and customers. Act as point of contact for customer communications. Be familiar with all aspects of technical and commercial contract documents to ensure compliance with customer requirements. The position required utilization of proprietary PC based thermal and mechanical design programs, as well as, accounting software and commercial PC programs such as AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities included the thermal, mechanical and structural design of steam surface condensers in accordance with industry standards and customer specifications. The preparation of quotations in response to RFQ's. Issue of requests for proposal for the purchase of accessory equipment. Communication with in-house personnel, customers and vendors. Other duties include the supervision of drafting personnel, engineering project management and equipment installation supervision. Supervised the installation of a PC based local area network and conversion of the companies Mini computer based programs to PC formats.
