In my first postdoctoral project, I am studying the transmembrane protein sorting at the TGN and how proteins traffic through the Golgi complex.

I have developed my PhD project at Prof. Dr. Maja Köhn laboratory on the study of the role of the cancer-related phosphatase PRL-3 in epithelium architecture and cell migration mainly using microscopy and flow cytometry.
