After completing a Digital Graphic Design certification in 2008, I founded a freelance design firm that provides brand development, print, graphic and web design, and professional writing. In 2016, a need for IT support arose. I provide basic support internally (troubleshooting, email, etc.) for both Windows 7 and 10 and Mac operating systems. I have limited experience with onsite Windows Server.

As the sole Technical Writer, I have revamped company documentation, product guides/specifications, build documents, as well as provide ongoing support for copy writing and editing for other employees. In preparation for ISO 9001 certification, I prepare all documentation for approval.

Upon transitioning from Administrative Assistant to Graphic/Web Designer, I became responsible for RDGI's online presence, including website design and maintenance. Graphic Design has since included corporate advertising, presentations, holiday cards, product marketing, and internal displays (equipment labels, convention booth signage, etc.).

Office management included front desk reception, phones, shipping and receiving, inventory control, travel and training arrangements, calendar management, corporate event planning, and executive support.

Upon completing six weeks of Basic Training in San Antonio, Texas, I transitioned from the EOD program at Eglin AFB, Florida to the Personnel program at Keesler AFB, Mississippi.After five months of technical school, I was assigned to the 52nd CES (Civil Engineering Squadron) at Spangdahlem AFB in Germany, providing administrative support to squadron Commanders, the First Sergeant, and personnel. Duties included office management (filing, organization, etc.), in/out processing of personnel, deployment preparation, and executive assistance. I was able to apply my creative skills by designing the Airman of the Month awards, and contributing stories to the on-base newspaper. Other military skills learned included uniform maintenance and inspection, chain-of-command, teamwork, government computer programs, continued program education, and high-level organization.Voluntary Separation due to medical condition (honorable discharge) as Airman First Class (E-3).
