Project managing and implementing multimillion-dollar infrastructure and network builds, I led the rollout of a large customer 3G network, transmission links and ADSL Dslam network. This included achieving timely provisioning, approval and billing regime establishment to reflect contractual obligations. Leading a number of multimillion-dollar contact negotiations, I ensured expectations were met and the negotiated intent of all clauses correctly interpreted.
