As a Dispatch Assistant for Eaststone Specials I was able to combine my already extensive customer service skills with my organisational abilities. I built rapport with customers placing orders for medications over the telephone while at the same time worked as part of a successful fledgling team within the industry. I was also granted the opportunity to learn a new set of skills, focusing mainly around their accounting computer software, Sage. I am capable of making up invoices, checking customer’s previous activity as well as a variety of other new skills enabling me to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

While working for Cineworld Cinemas in St Helens I was able to hone my already extensive customer service skills by attending to the needs of the cinema’s patrons on a number of different areas such as the concessions and ticketing stands. This position enabled me to enhance my communication skills further by building a friendly and informative relationship with the general public. My ability to work as part of a team also flourished within this role as efficient and effective team work was needed at all times to enhance the customer’s experience and enjoyment.
