Helped grow Elemy from 9-month-old startup to 1,500+ employee $1B+ company. Led a mission-driven team of 1,000+, including operations, people, marketing, growth, clinical, customer experience, and account management.Over the course of my time at Elemy we exponentially increased revenue while simultaneously improving quality and efficiency. In 12 months we raised $200m+ in our Series A and Series B financings, dramatically grew our geographic footprint and team, scaled our tools and technology, improved both NPS and clinical outcomes, and built company foundations on everything from culture to compensation.

Significantly grew revenue and profitability of Airbnb’s largest acquisition. Led transformation of business model for 250 person organization. Revamped core processes, vendor partnerships, internal tooling, and training for 150 front-line employees and 100+ partners. New model tripled guest conversion and improved unit economics and customer satisfaction.

Co-founded and co-led 150+ person cross-functional product and operations team. Directly managed 75+ person global operations team and 500+ person distributed partner team. Built product and business from concept to global launch in 10 countries. Drove deep integration with engineering, design, and data science to enable scalability and efficiency. Directly owned central operations (growth, customer experience, account management, loyalty & retention, quality), product operations (machine learning training, admin tooling, ops infrastructure), partnerships (technical, strategic, vendors), and global expansion (forecasting, workforce management, legal & regulatory compliance).

Led global onboarding, quality, and loyalty for 2M+ hosts in 190+ countries. Key programs included revamping Airbnb's review system, hosting standards, and Superhost loyalty program. Significantly reduced defects (poor trips) across the Airbnb ecosystem while increasing loyalty and retention of top hosts.

Led global efforts on host loyalty and retention. Worked closely with globally distributed operations and central product and engineering teams to build new programs and products to reduce host churn, resulting in 10%+ reduction in churn in first year.

Led teams of senior executives to develop and implement growth strategies. Managed and mentored teams of consultants. Focused on product and technology strategy, global operations, sales, customer experience, loyalty, M&A, and market entry.

Managed cross-functional team of 50+ to revamp field sales, operations, and R&D at 165-person energy efficiency startup. Implemented 100+ operational initiatives based on primary research with field operations. Increased monthly installs 10X over 6-month period. Reduced install hours by 75% and errors by 90%. Built product roadmap with engineering team based on customer needs.

Launched new consumer technology product as one of five original employees at wireless hardware startup. Led original market diligence and managed implementation of critical software and operational processes, including customer service, e-commerce, and enterprise resource planning systems. Worked closely with customers and engineering team to develop and execute product roadmap.

Founded and grew web hosting startup. Oversaw all managerial and technical aspects of company. Negotiated sale to national hosting firm and managed post-merger integration.
