I am Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Fenero, multi-award-winning tax and financial experts. We deliver digitally led specialist tax and payment management solutions for Ireland's fast growing contingent workforce of professional contractors and freelancers. We assist recruitment agencies and businesses in utilising the expertise of this important segment of the contingent workforce in a tax compliant manner to leverage competitiveness. And for contractors, our tailored solutions and bespoke platform ensure that the maximum financial benefits are obtained for the work they carry out. Over our 13 years in business since 2009 we've helped thousands of contractors and freelancers; we now process over €200 million annually in payments for businesses and the contingent workforce – particularly in the tech, pharma, life sciences and financial sectors.After almost 10 years in Fenero and having worked as a technical specialist within all major divisions, my role is now strategically focused on the continuous improvement of our overall processes, systems and service delivery, and particularly upon driving digital transformation in Fenero to continue innovating and enhancing our customer experience and our service offerings.
