• Led a team of helpdesk and EMR managers and technicians and directed the technical operations for the multi-site, nonprofit hosting 600+ end users and 60+ mobile devices. • Architected and deployed a complete LAN revision for 3 facilities, including a VPN installation, a new WatchGuard firewall, and the incorporation of Cisco appliances. • Engineered and executed two high availability clusters, 2012R2 Hyper-V clusters on H MSA storage, and HP G8&9 servers allowing for an organizational P-2-V migration to Hyper-V 2016 on a clustered 50TB SAS and fiber storage network. • Contracted and collaborated with Comcast to manage the organization’s transition to Comcast Enterprise Fiber Network, including data and voice. • Researched and championed compliance with health care security protocols HIPPA, Soc2, and HiTrust. • Drove multiple cross-team security initiatives from end-user training to overall environment hardening. • Implemented multi-site Veeam Enterprise Backup and Disaster Recovery fabric via replication and tested the recovery. • Managed vendor relationships and contract negotiations saving the company $60K in 2018 alone. • Recruited top talent teams by interviewing, hiring, training, and supporting personnel in the Help Desk and EMR teams. • Directed the extensive IT systems overhaul of the historic Seattle elder healthcare organization. • Researched, developed, and drove adherence to the IT budget.
