I was included in all stages of on-site installation. I have managed more than 16 projects, directly or indirectly, where 70% are European projects.

At LODAMASTER intralogistics systems solutions company my active role isAs a service and maintenance manager of the company, my role is to managing the service andmaintenance requests after installation by making electrical, mechanical and software work plans,giving support.Preparing tickets analysis with root causes, making annual, quarterly maintenance plans, preparing spare part set of each projects, being a part of a team who is preparing the SLA agreements.I have visited around 50 - 60 warehouses in plenty of countries for the service and maintenance orcustomer claims purposes so far.

At GEMAK SHIPYARD as a planning engineer my role was planning all project -Ship maintenance andrepair in all purposes- processes in the transition of our company to go live on the SAP program, to beused in the current projects.Take an active part in the adaptation, training and MRP stages of the relevant resources (labor, team,material, time, etc.) Parameters of the objects (Material, Equipment, Tool, etc.) used in the projectswithin to be defined on SAP.Creating erp code and product trees by using the templates of the defined objects,Belonging to the manufacturing/maintenance activities of the objects to be used in mechanical projectsor machine maintenance/repair activities.Making method analyzes using given templates and creating processes,Conducting field test studies to verify the prepared processes.

At GEMAK SHIPYARD in the production of Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge Steel Deck, approximately47.000 tons of steel structures were manufactured. I took part in the project. My active tasks;Follow-up of steel pre-production processes, Follow-up and quality control of productions at theassembly stage. Technical follow-up, control and coordination of works done by subcontractors,Follow-up of material controls and timely delivery of materials to be used in production,Ensuring that the manufacturing processes proceed as planned in the project plans,Ensuring coordination between the Quality Control unit and the work schedules,Ensuring that the works are carried out according to the relevant procedures, instructions andstandards. Contact with the customer (Hyundai) at every step of project, including delivery works.

I worked on projects;Nazarbaev University Stage 1-2 around 2000 tons of steel and decorative steel works.Nazarbaev National Library around 500 tons of steel construction.Kazakhstan National Military Academy around 500 tons of steel construction.Astana New Train Station around 1000 tons of steel construction.Active role includes drawing of steel structure manufacturing and assembly projects, supply and supplyof materials in according to project lead times. Preparing the work plan, follow-up and supply of theproduction, making subcontractor-centered work plans. For also deliveries daily follow-ups. Preparingdaily, weekly and monthly finished production status reports, forecasting reports, cost and executionprocesses. Re-planning accordingly. Making and following up claims. Making cost analysis.

I worked on the renovation project of 22.000 tons of steel structure and industrial steel structurein ARCELOR MITTAL STEEL MILL in Temirtau - Kazakhstan. I made the assembly plan of steelstructures and industrial structures (equipment, pipes and tanks) according to the project period, thearrangement of the field personnel and the arrangement of the teams and the needed machinery park.I prepared daily, weekly, monthly completed and ongoing pre-assembly and assembly status reports,made an assembly plan according to cost and operational conditions, and reported all completedactivities for progress payment.

I worked on the renovation project of 22.000 tons of steel project in ARCELOR MITTAL STEEL MILLin Temirtau - Kazakhstan. I carried out the manufacturing processes, making material requests andprocurement, making a work plan according to the project lead times, monitoring and supplying theproduction.I made the shift order of the factory personnel and the arrangement of the teams, and the work plansof the subcontractors. I prepared daily, weekly and monthly finished production status reports bydetermining the supplies and finished productions daily and foresight reports and planned themaccording to cost and operational situations.

I took an active role in the mechanical maintenance department of İÇDAŞ STEEL MILL, which isTurkey's 8th largest industrial, in all maintenance, spare parts manufacturing and instantaneousbreakdowns of the electric arc furnace with a capacity of 250 tons.

I completed my military service, which is a legal obligation, as a Lieutenant at the border station in Hakkari, under the Gendarmerie Command.
