As the Director at QNAP Systems, I oversee the development and testing of network-attached storage (NAS) and network switches firmware and applications, leading a team of talented engineers and QA professionals. I have more than 19 years of experience in the storage and networking domains, delivering scalable, high-performance, and enterprise software solutions.I established QNAP India operations and built the development center from scratch, setting up different teams for NAS and switch products, and ensuring alignment with the global standards and vision. I have a strong background in embedded Linux, Docker products, and e-commerce and ticket reservation platforms, which I gained from my previous roles at Trolion India Pvt. Ltd & Broadcom. I have also worked with OEM partners like HP, DELL, and EMC, and have contributed patches to the Linux kernel (upstream).
