He leads our team at STANBURY to leverage our wealth of project delivery experience to provide expert guidance and support. Andrew's career spans three decades as a design builder and project manager on projects in every market sector and building form, including construction in concrete, steel, mass-wood and wood frame - from high rise to low-rise. This direct experience was complemented by his studies in Structural Engineering, Building and Carpentry. Some project highlights include a fully prefabricated community centre on a remote Island, to an underground cancer treatment facility, industrial manufacturing, multiple auto dealerships, restaurants, bespoke estate homes and mid rise commercial office mixed use developments. Andrew has led these projects under all forms of contract - progressive design-build, construction management, stipulated price (lump sum) and Guaranteed Maximum Price. This experience has gifted him with a deep understanding of the intricate nuances of the construction and development industry. His industry acumen is complemented by his tenacious dedication to shepherding projects from inception to completion, ensuring the seamless realization of client visions.
