• Pre-sales support for technology design (ad-hoc, new and existing clients) • Technical design lead for multi-country opportunities:o Support the Bid Kick-off workshop, capture of customer requirements and development of Win Strategy o Create an ‘initial design’ that includes a high level functional schematic, costings and assumptions. Complete a Peer Review and obtain sign-off by a team member.o Provide input to the risk assessmento Create technical content for proposal responseo Create High Level Technical Architecture Design (HLTAD) and obtain sign-off from the customero Agree POC test scope, dependencies, use cases and success criteria with customer.o Oversee local deployment resource completion of testing and documentation of Low Level Technical Architecture Design (LLTAD) deliverableso Input to transition and transformation plans. Specifically in the planning of work packages and ‘handover to support’ milestoneso Close out all design assumptions and complete input to SOW and any SSOW(s)o Complete ‘Handover to Support’.• XE (Global) Centre of Excellence for MPS technology design• Supporting for new offering development activity - MPS (as required)• Supporting internal programs (as required)

Key Tasks: ■Provide subject matter expertise in implementation and configuration of the in scope application. ■Work with the business unit to align processes and customer requirements with system capabilities ■Provide support to the implementation teams during account implementations and upgrades ■Provide day to day support to operations on supported technologies, responding in a timely manner ■Participate in all phases of new functionality deployment ■Troubleshoot basic, intermediate, and advanced problems and escalate when required ■Document standard application system processes and procedures ■Understanding of print and document management processes and have a good understanding of Windows client and server infrastructure. ■Provide support to the team leader and third line application support teams to achieve prompt resolution to service issues. ■Follow change management procedures to implement approved recommendation
