Responsible for researching and trouble-shooting issues while acting as the key liaison between the support and development teams.

Work with Level 3 sustaining engineers with level 3 diagnostics on identified problems.Assist in roadmap development based on customer feedback on issue reports

Responsible for serving as a primary contact between DaVincian and its customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Providing electronic based support in a 24/7 mission critical environment, deliver professional, clear, and articulate oral and written communications. Creating and contributing to the development of solutions, best practices, and techniques in the DaVincian knowledgebase for use by internal partners and customers. Working closely with other teams within the organization including Development, Implementations, and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
