Manage and direct all Human Resources functions for this growing non-profit organization. Report to the President and CEO. Coordinate the assessment and selection of staff. Advise management on compensation decisions to ensure consistent, fair, and equitable practices are maintained in accordance with company policies and objectives.Manage the annual merit process to clarify expectations, set objectives, identify goals, provide feedback and evaluate results to be able to accomplish the strategic objectives of the organization.Oversee the entire payroll process including the selection and integration of a new payroll provider. Manage the 401(k) administration and compliance.In conjunction with Senior Management participate in benefit plan design, vendor selection, and bid evaluation process.

Directed all human resources functions for the state of Florida (175+ employees) instilling a high performance management culture while reporting to the President, Florida Region. Acted as a strategic business partner with Senior Management in Florida to implement human resource programs and initiatives that improved the hiring process, reduced turnover and the cost to hire while successfully growing the talent pool for succession planning. Proactively managed policy administration, risk management, employee relations, employee development and all other HR related issues across multiple business units and geographies within the Florida operations.

Managed the Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens offices. Coordinated the administrative support staff to include workload and assignment of duties. Worked closely with Managing Director to service clients and the intake of individuals being displaced. Prepared resumes and assisted candidates with their job search to help successfully "land" new positions.
