During my time at Hanover, I grew a lot as a professional, and was able to develop my business skills in a short period time over the summer. My decision making skills were one of many skills I developed over the course of my internship, by determining what risks were a good investment for the company. I also learned to communicate clearly and effectively with Hanover's diverse network of agents, treating every interaction as an opportunity to increase our agents satisfaction. One of my biggest accomplishments during my time at Hanover was constructing a time off database tool for the underwriters using access, improving manager insight into the needs of the underwriting department.
