• Provide technical leadership and computer infrastructure support for more than 3,000 users in an 8M+ square foot facility infrastructure.• Use of SCCM to manage the security of the devices across our enterprise• Daily Data Center checks, documentation of issues and follow up with SLA’s• Co-ordinate all the change controls for plant patching of all machines• Infrastructure and process support for IT manufacturing plant operations• Plant floor application support, updates and change implementation (FIS, MPTS)• Machine Controls configuration and network IP assignment• Active Directory management and user account creation.• Prepares reports to show IT effectiveness in our ticketing system• Responsible for remediation of all our demerits found in the annual IT audit• In charge of creating, updating and enforcing our monthly IDF cleaning and maintenance• Local and Wide area network Administration─ Servers (HP)─ Storage (EMC)─ Virtual Environments (VMWare)─ LAN/WAN (Cisco)
