During my working career and as a Facilities Manager for the past 20 years in Data Centre’s, Educational and Public Civic Centre’s, I have gathered a wide range of experience which has brought me to been members of the International Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM and ASHRAE.My experience includes Project Management and costing from conception, design and to completion of Electro/Mechanical fit outs and maintenance contracts which would incorporate 2N and N+1 systems.Specialties: The types of equipment that I have worked with are HVAC, BMS Systems, UPS’s, Main Power Boards MV and LV, Generators, Chillers, Environmental Monitoring system, Health and Safety, Security systems, Networking, office consumables. I have also developed Emergency operational procedures and processes and training documentation for the Electro/Mechanical plant. I have developed plant asset lists and maintenance schedule calendars. Setting up maintenance contracts and managing external contractors.
