I managed the external mechanical and electrical maintenance companies for all the building plant, the plant equipment consists of Uninterruptible power supplies, Generator, DX cooling units, Chilled water cooling units, Humidifiers and security systems comprising of access control, CCTV and intruder alarm system. I have also written the emergency procedural guides for all of the above equipment for the Operations team whom I also manage.

This was much a similar role to my present employment and it incorporated a 20,000sq ft Data Centre in west Dublin comprising of 20,000sq ft office. I designed and managed the fit out of the 2nd floor office which was let out to customers. I also managed the security procedures for the building and worked closely with the Operations team.

Management of the service team on Installation, Commission and Service of ice cream machines, grills, ovens, fryers. All Appliances included electric, gas and Refrigeration. Also stock control and organisation of the service dept. I trained all customers in the use of the equipment and general repairs.I also acquired certification from Taylor refrigeration for customer satisfaction and form Eloma for service and sales training.
