An Engineering graduate, I spent 16 years with Mars and Coca-Cola in operational and technical roles, becoming Commercialisation Director for Coca-Cola North West Europe and part of the GB management board.I grew industry membership organisation Scotland Food & Drink to represent 80% of the sector and led the creation and adoption of an industry-wide strategy for growth.I led commercial organisation Scotty Brand from start up to become the fastest growing brand in the country, with £12M turnover and one of the top 25 food brands in Scotland.At BESA, I developed a new constitution and governace structure, modernising the Association and cementing its market position at the heart of the engineering services sector.Throughout my career, I have held both Executive and non-executive roles in commercial, membership and charity sectors.
