As a Cluster Manager at Sarna Infocom Pvt Ltd, specializing in financial inclusion, my responsibilities include appointing Banking Correspondents (BCs), sourcing new agents, driving business development, and conducting customer meetings. I provide continuous support to BC agents and collaborate with the regional office to meet business targets. Additionally, I liaise with Sarna Infocom’s head office for technical support and contribute to the implementation of government schemes like PMJDY, PMSBY, PMJJBY, and APY.
