White Rose Rugby is set up to provide clubs and schools with experienced, dedicated, professional coaching personnel with the skills and expertise to deliver quality rugby coaching at all levels, from Primary and Secondary School to Club rugby.

I was approached by Williams Lea Creative Solutions to set up the Norwich Union Creative Solutions offering in York. I managed a team of 12 designers, a web developer and two multi-media designers delivering all of Norwich Union’s advertising and marketing requirements, including DM, product literature, advertising, online and multi-media. I successfully set up the creative solutions offering for Williams Lea/Norwich Union that included the transfer of creative staff from Norwich Union to Williams Lea under a TUPE agreement, the implementation of working practices and quality procedures and working to formal SLAs under the outsourcing agreement.

I was enticed by WWAV Rapp Collins Leeds in 2000 as Creative Services Manager and oversaw all creative produced by the agency; implemented and managed the entire creative process from client brief to print. I worked with all departments at all levels to ensure that all campaigns were more inspiring, of the highest quality and produced on brief, budget and schedule. In my time at WWAV Leeds I also managed the merger of the creative and artwork departments to form a cost efficient and integrated creative services department.Additionally, as IT Manager I looked after the agency network. The WWAV Rapp Collins Group de-centralised IT maintenance and support and I managed the migration of the PC network from Novell to Windows, updated and reconfigured the infrastructure and implemented a new DR strategy. Additionally, I jointly managed the migration to XP and Exchange and updated the Apple network to OSX. I had input into the yearly capital expenditure - recommending all IT spends and also assumed the lead role for internal training of creative processes, IT and software.

In 1997 I joined direct response specialist JDA, managing and producing artwork for award-winning direct response mail packs and inserts to specific, complicated formats for a variety of clients including Tesco Finance, Beneficial Bank, Abbey National, United Friendly, BT, Sky, Royal Mint, PPP Healthcare and TUI.
