Scheduling and supervising field team activities • Designing, implementing and optimizing indoor systems for corporate and non-corporate customers, utilizing the most appropriate hardware and the appropriate type and number of antennas, and choosing the method in which it is distributed. This was for the 3G (W-CDMA), 2G (GSM), and previously the TACS (Analogue) networks. • Designing, planning and implementing temporary macro GSM sites for special events. • Designing sites to be compliant with ICNIRP guidelines on EMF for cell sites in all environments, making recommendations for any remedial work necessary, using prediction tools (Telstra RF map) exclusion zones and physical measurements. • Investigation of interference caused by and caused upon both the GSM and W-CDMA networks. • Designing and troubleshooting repeater systems in both the macro and the in building environments. • Testing and developing new TEMS Automatic drive test software and hardware alongside Ericsson.
