Territory helps people make better choices about what they eat, so they can spend more time doing things they love ❤️ — prepared meals (just heat + eat), personalized to your nutrition, crafted by local chefs, and delivered close-by weekly.I was responsible for leading the Product & Engineering teams. We were a fully (global) remote team. As a manager: I helped shape culture + values, developed our hiring and onboarding playbook, supported teammate's career growth, collaborated with executives to set product vision and build alignment in cross-functional teams, and defined design principles and ops for day-to-day execution. My most impactful project was leading our growth-oriented rebrand from Power Supply to Territory Foods. I worked closely with our C-suite, external agencies (eg. Red Antler), and our teams to bring the brand + product updates to life in an insanely fast (~3 months) timeframe. Kale was a group nutrition platform for coaches, focused on holistic digestive health protocols. Clients would use our mobile app to journal their meals + symptoms. Coaches had easy access to follow client progress, to encourage + adjust nutrition programming as-needed.

First Round is a seed-stage venture firm focused on building a vibrant community of technology entrepreneurs and companies. I helped design and build early FRC Platform components: First Round Review (v1), First Round Jobs (v1), and Hack PR (proto.)

Cor helped companies save money on health & wellness costs by tying data from preventative programs (e.g. org-wide movement competitions, and easy access to health-related knowledgebases) to real savings on health/benefits insurance premiums. Our primary program was a team-based movement competition (pedometer/steps-based) that encouraged employees to move more often. I led product design, branding, and front-end engineering, and helped onboard dozens of clients.

Prime was a digital product development shop for tech startups, focused on product/customer validation through rapid prototyping. We also managed internal IT solutions for our clients: networking, virtualization, servers, backups, data security, and hosted services.

American Parkour improves people’s lives by promoting, teaching, and advancing the discipline of parkour. In 2005, I helped start the website, community forums, professional team, training academy / CrossFit gym, and ecommerce platform. Later, in 2013, I worked with them on a brand + product refresh, focused on service design across their gym studios and online products (e.g. tutorials, affiliates.) The team was fully remote (global) the entire time.
