Associate teacher for the course “Showrunner: Creating and producing series”.

I am currently part of the Business Affairs deparment of ‘The Mediapro Studio’, with a special focus in dealing with agreements and building business strategies for projects in development and tv and film production. I am handling more than 50 scripted and non-scripted projects per year. - Analyze the projects (bible, script, look & feel) to build up the business strategy. - Lead the negotiation of underlying rights: license agreements, series development, rights acquirement, format license, production, co-production and distribution agreements.- Review contracts drafted by the legal department to ensure compliance with the negotiated deal terms. - Follow up of contracts terms: coordinate with the finance and legal departments and line producers.- Advice senior management regarding deal strategies and business matters.- Manage relationships and give support for producers, showrunners, scriptwriters, distributors broadcasters and agents in the entertainment industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media executives. - Negotiate and close all license and format agreements.- Deliver the proportion of the sales budget.- Thorough presales planning & market analysis.- Attend business trips and markets: Natpe (Miami), Natpe (Prague), MIPTV (Cannes), MIPCOM (Cannes), EFM (Berlin).- Keep current on trends and news about both the business and consumer worlds of media and entertainment and take part in the acquisition decision process.

As PR, Marketing & Content Operations Specialist I was responsible to develop and execute communications campaigns designed to support sales and distribution of Onza´s catalogue. As well as coordinate all the deliveries and postproduction process. My main duties were: - Develop and execute PR strategies and marketing campaigns for Onza´s content portfolio at the international market.- Organize Onza´s presence and branding in the main TV and film Festivals (MIPCOM, MIPTV, NATPE, ATF, etc). - Create and coordinate the design of all promotional materials (flyers, catalogs, newsletters, stands, etc). - Design bibles and look & feels for paper formats and projects in development stage. - Present audiovisual projects to international film and TV festivals. - Manage website content including press releases and web copy writing. - Coordinate all the deliveries and postproduction process (dubbing, subtitling and file conversions) to meet client´s requirements.
