• Coordination and development of the new website "www.glisenti.com." Realization of a 3D model, named "100 Miles", inspired by the shapes of the racing boats of the 50s'.

Engineering and Design: yachts G 46’, G 53’, B 62’ e B41' in collaboration with Pininfarina. • Definition of interior and exterior spaces through the design of different layouts.• Collaboration with Pininfarina for the design of the external lines and the interior style and construction of scale models, 1.1 and 3D.y• Completion and industrialization of the original design by Pininfarina for the furnishing of the boat and its production.• Identification of the components on board and relevant suppliers; costs' updating in collaboration with the purchasing department.• Responsible for certifications and inspections of various shipping registers surveyors.Production and Orders management: • Definition of annual production plan and timescales.• Customer management and interface with the shipyard for the whole production cycle of the boat.• Definition of production sheets and related accessories price list in collaboration with the Sales Manager.• Realization of drawings for any non-standard request and their production.
