Current- Be the voice of the customer in the Live Events and Corporate AV market segment, and identify how most customer value can be created, across the end-to-end customer journey
- Define a single tier product strategy and roadmap, maximizing customer value and leveraging the latest technology trends
- Define market requirements, with a strong focus on user workflow and services
- Commit (to customer) for non-standard product features
- Assess and implement product life cycle initiatives
- Evangelize the product value proposition and develop tools and collateral to enable sales
