• Provide end-to-end Consulting, Systems engineering, technical support and Project Management services to facilitate sales efforts to Sales Team, Systems Integrator, and Channel Partners in qualifying, and closing Sales opportunities. • Provide technical support throughout project life cycle. Perform above functions and services independently and/or in coordination with third party partners and Panasonic Internal Teams. (80% Domestic Travel)• Analyze, test and provide solutions for customer applications and issues related to hardware and software used with Projector products.• Serve as final escalation point for Service and Hotline in resolving customer issues when escalated to insure timely resolution.• Assist in pre and post sales situations with on-site technical assistance.• Provide training on new products to Sales, Service, Configuration Center, resellers, and end users.• Maintain records of all open issues. Ensures satisfactory closure of quality issues in an expeditious manner to protect the Panasonic brand image, minimize the impact to the customer, and minimize excessive service costs.• Prepare weekly reports on issues such as product performance, job site visits, site surveys, and project implementation status.
