Fully accountable for companywide IT Support provision & Service Delivery. Covering the North America, EMEA and APAC regions, which entails the support of over 1600 employees across Twenty-Three offices. I lead a team of Eighteen, including Five managers across 2nd/3rd line IT Support, Service Desk and IT training functions. Includes engaging third party IT support contractors in locations where there is no internal IT Support.Technologies currently supported include Office 365 & Google Workspace Services with Windows 11 and Mac OS clients.

I was a member of the Client & Network team supporting both the local UK infrastructure and working on major projects with colleagues from across Europe, Middle East and USA covering the whole Fujitsu Siemens enterprise.In the latter part of my time at FSC I was working for the X-LAB team which maintained the companies standard desktop through central and unattended software distribution.

Based at Panasonic Broadcast where I provided general IT support of 50 clients and 2 NT servers.

I was a member of the Worldwide Server Support team, where my duties include call logging & call management, evidence processing, UNIX software repair validation plus the distribution of repairs through the Genesis support database and WWW. My duties involved interaction with management, support technicians, service partners and end customers. I was also involved in the administration of the team’s NT 4.0 domain.
