Strong knowledge in VISA Edit Package and hands-on in handling software’s/application like Payment Gateway, Putty, WinSCP and Conductor which used to manage the Transactions and Messaging system. Experience in JIRA, Salesforce, and OTRS Ticketing Tool. Involvement in the Reconciliation reports and generating monthly Billing and invoices. Following the ITIL process, have experience in creating and handling tickets.
