Shipper integrates with all logistic providers in Indonesia to make it easy for your customers to find the best/cheapest rates for their package. What I did- Product & Technical Leadership for early-stage startup ( 45 employees ) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Brought best practices to Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science functions.- People managed and mentored Product Management, Product Design, Data Science, and Growth teams.- Guided Product & Engineering through YC demo that resulted in $10 million series A (largest series A in Indonesia in 2019)- Built analytics stack from ground up (data warehouse, ETL, collaborative tooling, etc) and established KPI’s and dashboards across all departments of the business.- Implemented Product Management lifecycle best practices from customer interviews, documentation, working cross-functional, and analysis.- Built, aligned, and managed roadmap across 5 products (3 web, 2 mobile) for the whole company.- Designed organization and workflow for Product, Product Design, Data Science, Engineering, and growth teams.- Conducted field visits of e-commerce shops across Indonesia.- Led Re-Branding efforts from conception to implementation between external creative agency and internal product/engineering organization.- Designed & implemented algorithms that matched customers orders with shipping providers for customers across several variables.

Green Chef delivers fresh, organic ingredients to help you cook healthy, flavorful meals.What I did:- Early employee and first product hire of direct to consumer startup.- Led product management and development for all major product launches (rebrand, Vegan, Paleo, Family-Plan, Keto) at Green Chef across Engineering, Culinary, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, and Customer Service.- Owner of Consumer Roadmap including leading the vision for sign up flow, flexible and custom ordering, marketing tech, and customer service admin. - Built Consumer Software Team- recruited, hired, and mentored a mix of Product Managers, Marketing Analysts, Project Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers.- Managed a portfolio of 4 product teams with P&L responsibility; E-Commerce, Growth(MarTech), CS Admin, and Shipping.- Managed a direct team of 5 Product Managers, 1 Project Manager; Taught/Coached several topics including: SQL, Spec Writing, Data Flows, Personas, Product Analysis, Forecasting/Modeling, Presenting Data, Agile dev, and team management.- Created stakeholder engagement, and roadmapping process to align all company departments involved in product development to Green Chef’s Strategy.- Implemented and scaled AGILE development methodologies (Grooming, Sprint Planning, Stand Ups, Retros) that reliably built software, and delivered projects on time.- Prepared KPI reporting for our Board on a quarterly basis.
