Was the Point of Contact for Steward, Home Care, and AccentCare (the new owners). Established and negotiated relationships with key vendors including EMC, Oracle, Sun, Corporate Technologies, and Veritas. Recruited, coached, and managed 14 technical staff.

Hands-on manager for Oracle installations supporting 30 Production and QA OLTPs and a 1 TB Data Warehouse environment. Performed major upgrades of Oracle versions and performed routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and tuning, reducing downtime and improving performance.

Improved SLA from 45% to 100% within 3 months of hire, restoring customer satisfaction.
