Selection of a single campus backup solution, development of the metrics and processes needed to guarantee critical data has been successfully backed up, stored securely, and testing procedures verifying recoverability are in place. • Network Redesign, leveraging virtual chassis technology, improving network performance by a factor of 10 and reduced support costs by 65%.

Developed and managed the global IT budget of $4.5 million, drove strategic direction for all three divisions of IT, Application & Web Development, Infrastructure, and Desktop support.• Implemented a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) by developing a reusable framework and the collateral needed to perform a complete Business Impact Analysis (BIA). The outcome of the BIA drove the development of policies and procedures to maintain a DRP program.
