I manage company acquisitions, transitioning and integrating them into Ambiance-Live's organization and culture - replicating, streamlining and automating the businesses processes. Goals:• Define and implement the HP ITIL-based standard incident handling processes across the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) delivery team, and manage escalations for technical issues in the WebMethods and EDI domains.Achievements:• Took over the incident management process handled by Accenture for ALU (with onshore in France and offshore in India) and implemented the said process to the 6 onshore resources in Brussels and 50+ offshore resources in China.• Improved the legacy incident management process to increase issue evolution and trend analysis to upper management, and resolve major communication gaps with business key users and external party service providers.• Manage US and European customer, upper management and internal escalations, with a focus on high-level action plan reporting for the client and upper management, and technical coordination of internal technical resolution teams.

Goals:• Manage business-critical applications in P&G’s Master Data Management (MDM) landscape, including customer facing, portfolio & opportunity management, functional team management, and domain-specific consultancy activities.Achievements:• Selected as one of the top 2 talents of HP Best Shore Applications Belgium & Netherlands Center to participate at HP EMEA’s Talent Management Program• Identified a database architecure revamp opportunity and won the deal, leading to client savings of approximately $100,000/year; and led the project to completion with three resources from the delivery center in the Philippines.• Directly managed a remote team of 5+ designers in the Philippines, with focus not only on strong delivery with quality but also on resource development, coaching and performance management.• Managed Europea and US customer, upper management and internal escalations, with a focus on high-level action plan reporting for the client and upper management, and technical coordination of internal technical resolution teams.• Reviewed technical designs and managed the implementation of various applications and enhancements using Informatica PowerCenter, SAP (MM), Oracle and SAP PI with zero defects.

Goals:• Carry out the data center migration of the SAP R/3 servers from Belgium to USA, from an MDM application perspective with minimum negative impact on residing applications.Achievements:• Successfully completed the data center migration project impacting thousands of users and applications, during a 48-hour change window, with a 4-hour end-to-end testing deadline, and a 4-hour defect resolution slot, with zero defects.• Managed and trained 30+ testers from Belgium, Costa Rica, Italy, Puerto Rico, Philippines, and the US• Created interface surveys, risk impact analysis and migration strategies for master-data related applications and interfaces which were later selected as best practices and rolled out across the MDM landscape• Led the resolution of various interface issues during the course of the project, using the different technologies: ALE, CIB, FTP, SAP Business Connector
