Hold a degree in law and began my career in Clinical Operations 28 years ago. Formelly employed by main Pharma companies such as Pfizer, Upjohn, Almirall , Celgene and I managed worldwide global projects in different therapeutic areas, lead operations teams in the successful obtainment of product development goals, and gained insight into the challenges faced by pharma in the development process. Over the last 8 years, I was the Outsourcing Manager in Almirall, the largest Spanish pharma which provided the additional basis for my close relationships with multiple providers and gave an insight into the outsourcing challenges faced on both sides of the outsourcing equation.
