1.During the time, I am familiar with mobile mold, precision connect mold. two shots mold. step mold, MUD mold, Hot runner mold, unscrew mold etc . 2.Communicated with the customer directly, analyse the 3D part model and send the project plan and sketch design drawing to the customer after getting the order. 3.Identify the tooling preliminary structure, such as mold base, runner system, mold action, gate location, parting line, ejection position, cooling line and so on. Sending the advise to the customer for approve. 4.Have a pre-meeting with the team member to transfer the design attitude and what we should take care of during the manufacture process. And collect the good advice from our team member to improve the tool design. 5.Purchase the mold components, such as mold base, hot runner system, ejector pin and other assistant device etc. 6.Following up the manufacture process and try to control the cost by optimizing the manufacture method. Solve all the problems during the time. Send the tool status to client at the first time to let them feel that they are not out of controlling the mold. 7.Follow up the mold trial. Analyse the reason of the problem and find out the corrected way, example flash cause by lot of factors (bad mold fitting, too deep vent, the clamping force is not enough, sometime the galling problem caused by the unbalanced ejector system look like flash problem)
